These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Multi-Identifier mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"), provided by Obitstudio ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service and uninstall it immediately.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
2. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on an Android™ device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice or liability.
3. AI results are for information only
Identifications, accuracy scores, details and estimated values are generated automatically by artificial intelligence and third-party models. They may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. You must not rely on the Service for any financial, legal, investment, authentication, insurance, purchasing or selling decision. Always verify anything important with a qualified expert. We are not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on results.
4. Advertising and third-party content
The Service is free and supported by advertising. By using the Service you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- The Service displays advertisements, which may include banner, interstitial (full-screen), native, rewarded, video and app-open ads, at any time and in any part of the app, including at launch, between screens and before or after results.
- Ads are served by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob and its partners, which may use advertising identifiers, cookies and similar technologies to deliver personalised or non-personalised ads, measure performance and prevent fraud.
- We do not create, control, endorse or guarantee any advertisement, advertiser, product, service, website or app promoted through ads. Any interaction, purchase or download you make through an ad is solely between you and the advertiser, at your own risk.
- We are not liable for the content, accuracy, legality, availability or safety of any advertisement or any linked third-party website or app, nor for any loss or damage arising from them.
- The frequency, format, placement and type of ads may change at any time without notice.
- You agree not to block, interfere with, manipulate or generate fraudulent clicks or impressions on ads.
5. Device permissions
To function, the app requests access to certain device features and permissions as described in our Privacy Policy and in the Google Play listing. By granting permissions you authorise us and our service providers to use them as described. You can revoke permissions in your device settings, but some features may stop working.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.
- Do not upload images you do not have the right to use, or that contain illegal, offensive or private third-party content.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, resell or create derivative works of the Service.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of photos you submit. You grant us and our service providers a worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transmit and store them as needed to operate, maintain and improve the Service.
8. In-app purchases
If paid features or subscriptions are offered, they are billed through Google Play and subject to Google Play's terms. Refunds are handled according to Google Play policies unless otherwise required by law.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, text, graphics and trademarks, is owned by Obitstudio or its licensors and is protected by law. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OBITSTUDIO AND ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR DEVICE FUNCTIONALITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, ANY RESULTS, OR ANY ADVERTISEMENT OR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS OR USD 10.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Obitstudio from any claims, damages, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it — see our Uninstall Guide.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
